How to fix this problem? You need to reset waste ink counter. Use R230 Adjusment program, you can find at http://maintenanceprinter.blogspot.com/2010/07/epson-r-series-resetter.html. Choose Epson R220-R230 resetter. Don't forget to replace waste ink pad, or just extend outlet pipe of head cleaning mech to outside bottle.
